My focus is both mental & physical health, having a clear mind, to take clear action to ensure great progress. Our brains are incredible machines, we need to work on our mindset to fully allow our physical activity to take effect.

 

Change takes time; being ok with changing your behaviours, being ok with learning new skills and being ok with saying NO to things that get in your way! New skills and confidence can be learned!
