Checking and being aware of our bodies SAVES LIFES!

Pictured above is some simple and quick techniques you can implement into your month.


1. Mark your calendar monthly

2. Raise your arm and examine the breast and under your arm pit

3. Use some oil or do it in the shower

4. Use up & down movements

5. Use wedge/section movement

6. Use a full circle motion

7. Look for lumps or any dimples

8. Feel for texture & look at colour

9. Examine your nipple for change, dimpling, leaking


Check monthly so you start to become more familiar of how you feel and look in the mirror.

Love your body as you get used to her curves, bumps and lumps. Sometimes these are perfectly normal and just our own individual shape.
