Juicing is so individual, It will not sit well with everyone. It can be a good way to reset the body if you are feeling bloated or in need of a body detox. It can also boost your immune system, remove toxins from your body and aid digestion.

There’s no scientific evidence that extracted juices are healthier than juice you get by eating fruit/vegetables raw.

The 7 Day Detox Plan The Plan… Day 1: – 9,1,6,2,8

Day 2: – 9,2,5,3,7

Day 3: – 9,3,6,1,8

Day 4: – 9,4,5,2,7

Day 5: – 9,1,6,2,8

Day 6: – 9,2,5,4,7

Day 7: – 9,3,6,1,8

The Juice…

1. Green Detox 2 Green Apples 3 Celery 1 Cucumber 1 Cup Spinach 1/2 Lemon 1 Pieve Ginger

2. Detox 2 1 cucumber 4 pineapple rings (1 cup chunks) 1 lemon 1 cup grapes 1 apple 1/2 cup parsley

3. Detox 3 1 large sweet potato 3 celery 1 orange 2 pears 2 apples

4. Detox 4 3 carrots 4 celery 2 apples

5. Apple Juice 4 apples 2 lemons 2 cucumber 1 cup water

6. Carrot Juice 2 large carrots (4 small) 1 apple 2 pineapple rings (1/2 cup chunks) 2 piece ginger

7. Ginger Ale (with a twist) 1 large piece of ginger 1 lime 3 apples 2 celery 1 cucumber 1 cup spinach

8. Lemonade… very green 2 cup spinach 1 lemon 2 celery 2 apples 1 piece ginger

9. Breakfast Juice 2 lemon 2 large carrots 2 apples 2 beets
