A practice to BREATHE

To settle into the day - use a release breath
3 x inhales into the nose, in one round
followed with a huge LONG exhale to leave the morning behind
Heart whisper Breath
Squeezing the hands 3 times (one whole breath)
Exhale mouth – long and slow like you are breathing out through a straw
Doing 5 rounds gives you a nice cycle, this a really soft quieting breath that will help us prepare for meditation or rest. Great Benefits such as a stress reducer, focuses the heart rate and can improve emotional wellbeing to name a few.
6 directional breathing
This can be done seated or standing, I do love to stand and really energise the body
(in a Qigong way)
Remember..
Breathing in – filling the belly
Breathing out – emptying the belly
Repeat 6 directional breathing 5 times
Front - Side - Top
My fav - Accessing the Neutral mind
Pinching the right ear lobe, inhaling mouth and exhaling mouth, like you are using a straw. Benefits include quieting any chattering in the mind, supports intuition development and can help with manifestation.
