ie our parasympathetic system.
Doing a few easy focused stretches will help control the involuntary functions within our body ie digestive system, heart rate and our immune system. Simply focusing our eye gaze and moving intentionally can activate these functions.
Remember always forward thinking, never get stuck in the past, be PRESENT!
A great focus is to act if whatever we are working on has already been achieved. Tell yourself you are an athlete, you are training hard, eating well and sleeping sufficiently.

I believe, our minds are incredible machines, we need to work on our mindset daily, putting in the work, practicing daily, allowing ourselves space to be, space to pause.
